They have the correct paint formulas for Wells Landing.
REAL ESTATE SIGNS The Board has approved a standardized sign to be used in connection with all sales or rentals of property by OWNERS or Real Estate agents. These signs are available from Custom Graphics, (904) 264-7667. Realtor-provided "for sale/rent" signs are not permitted in Wells Landing.
